How the scoring works
The first time you finish a workout in one of our games, tap your country's flag. Players in the USA pick their state, and their moves count for the USA too.
Each finished rep earns a point for your country. Reps counted by the AI camera earn a little extra (1.25 points).
Countries are ranked by points per 100,000 people, so Iceland can beat India. Places under 1 million people are scored as if they had 1 million. Each device can add up to 1,500 moves a day.
Seasons run for one calendar month. Each week we crown the Most Active Country and the Most Improved Country. Season 1 starts November 1, 2026; until then it's practice. We never ask for names, emails or accounts. Games send only the country (or U.S. state) you picked, which game you played and how many moves you finished. To keep the contest fair, we check your rough location at the country level and count daily totals, then throw those details away. No ads, no tracking cookies. Grown-ups: read our privacy note.
